Winnie Beattie is New York’s modern day Superwoman. She’s a wife, mother, owner of successful PR firm Siren. Additionally, Beattie runs Warm, downtown’s hottest (no pun intended) boutique with her husband Rob Magnotta. Husband and wife met while surfing in Montauk, and they bring that effortless seaside attitude to their cozy store. Even in the dead of winter, just stepping into Warm will heat you instantly. The shop space was once an olive oil factory, and retains the original hardwood floors from that time, except now they’re decorated with zebra print rugs and tropical plants. Parisian Vanessa Bruno dresses hang next to Hawaiian-influenced Tori Praver bikinis, just a step away from books on surf culture, music, and fashion. Beach-scented candles, handwoven towels, and healing crystal necklaces are just a few of the exotic selections you’ll also find in the store. There’s even a lush back garden to relax in after your sure-to-be shopping spree.

To summarize: Warm is a unique treasure amongst so many fashionable boutiques in the neighborhood, worth checking out even just for the fuzzy feeling you get once inside.
