Inspired by the legacy of Greek, Roman, and Ottoman baths, as well as the art of water-induced relaxation, AIRE New York aims to turn bathing into a “feast of the senses” while providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The bath treatment is a 90-minute thermal session carried out in several bath chambers, including warm and hot water pools to cold water pools, a steam room, propeller jet bath, and a saltwater pool. The thermal bath treatment can be combined with a relaxing massage up to 60-minutes long, the intensity depends upon the preference of the customer who may choose either a two- or four-handed massage. Also offered are ‘rituals’—longer (210 minutes), more specialized treatment with a ‘ritual soak’ in either red wine, cava, milk, or citrus and a personalized massage that also includes the full thermal bath experience. Come prepared with a bathing suit as towels and slippers are provided. The baths are open to both males and females with the exception of sessions that are reserved for only one gender.
