Soho Presents Trunkshow Treasures With Pamela Des Barres

Trunkshow Treasures returns to Soho Grand this weekend for its Fall season. Join us on Saturday, September 15th for a day of brunch, cocktails, music and vintage shopping. On the rack this weekend you’ll find treasures from Pamela Des Barres, Linda Farrow, Zac Posen, Society of Vintage, Alix Brown, Niko Liakaris, What Goes Around Comes Around and more. Plus, 20% of all sales will go to our neighbors at The Bowery Mission.

We’ll also be celebrating the launch of Pamela Des Barres’ new book, Let It Bleed, with a book signing followed by reading from the storytelling queen herself at 6pm. As we were discussing this weekend, Pamela gave us 5 minutes to reminisce about her first memories here in Manhattan – and of course they were with the Jimi Hendrix Experience, on the arm of Noel Redding. The world famous rock “super groupie” was soon back again with Led Zepplin celebrating Bonzo’s birthday at the Luchow’s Restaurant and even had a short stint living on Bleecker and 8th. Now, she’s been teaching women’s writing workshops in this groovy city for 10 years and tells the most captivating anecdotes of her rock n roll lifestyle.
